* Items is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges directly. Please ensure you order the correct size.
* PLEASE NOTE ❗️We hold orders for 2 hours after purchase has been placed to provide our customers with a grace period before sending the order to production. Once your order has in the production phase, we unable to cancel or make any modifications (such as changing size or colour).
* As item is made to order, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, delayed & abandoned/returned packages due to inability to deliver or receive items. If you receive an incorrect or defected item please reach out and we will gladly issue an exchange or any further solutions.
